We endeavour to make you as happy as possible with your purchase. Before Confirming Your Order, please read the following Terms and Conditions.
All of our Activewear is printed on demand to your sizing selection and specific order by our manufacturer. As such, there are no refunds on our Warrior Spirit Activewear, if you simply change your mind.
Please be careful when selecting sizes and refer to the sizing charts provided with each product, on the product page. If you are unsure of sizing, please take your measurements and compare them to the sizing charts provided.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your Order, if there is a problem with sizing. We will assess each exchange claim on an individual basis. Please do not return items without contacting us first, so we can let you know how to proceed and correct address for returns.
It an item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you. You will need to contact us within 30 Days of receiving the item, for a replacement.
For any packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will ask for confirmation that the shipping address originally supplied was correct. It an item is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Please note – If the tracking information states an order was delivered, our manufacturer will not replace it.
If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address or unclaimed at customs, we will make every attempt to contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. We can contact our supplier with an updated address, to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs (if this applies) or had an incorrect address originally provided. This option is limited to 4 weeks after notification of a ‘returned’ or ‘unclaimed’ item.
Our Website and Shopping Cart displays live rates for real-time shipping rates during the order process and checkout. The rates are automatically calculated for you based on shipping destination and carrier pricing.
You will have the option to have your Order sent by Standard Post (Flat Rate shipping) or Express Delivery during the checkout process. Estimated Delivery times will be displayed also be displayed during checkout.
All Orders are issued with a Tracking Number on completion, so you can track the delivery of your Order.
